Cholesterol & Acne - any relation do you think?

First a BIG THANKX - Luv reading your forum. I haven't posted for a while, but I am in the background reading with interest!

I have - and still - suffered from Acne for about 5 years now. Have tried 3 liver flushes, plus one colonic, with no visible success. So far the best results I have had has been from some Liver Supplement tablets, with St. Mary's thistle as the major ingredient. So this confirms that I have to keep going with the Liver Cleansing etc.

Just wondering tho, a recent blood test showed high cholesterol - 6.1 in fact (I hope the Aussies have the same measuring system as everyone else, otherwise that makes no sense to anyone!). Do you think that could be related to the acne? My Mum's reading is 5.9 and she has had persistent, but minor, Acne all her life. My Dad's is perfectly normal, and he has never had skin problems.

I have just started with Lecithin, so that may make some difference...?
