Re: andeas flush
I read that post also. But I think Dr. Clark wants a person to prepare for the
Liver Flush and not just jump into in half cocked like most people do.
Her books are detailed and most people skim through without actually studying them. For instance, she recommends that a person do the liver cleanse only after they have taken the
parasite treatment to the point that they are on the maintaince dose of the
parasite cleanse.
This helps to prevent feeling ill from
parasite die off and coming out from the liver...
Then she recommends that a person take kidney cleansing herbs for several weeks to prepare the kidneys that assist the liver in toxin removal during the liver cleanses.
Then if you ever bought the ingredients of the liver cleanse from her which I do, you would receive liver tea L-V herbs. This is a package of many herbs in which you make a tea and drink a cup a day to help the liver and prepare it for the cleanse. This liver tea is a liver tonic and softens the stones.
Finally, the epson salt /water before the olive oil grapefruit cleanses a person out pretty darn good before and afterwards.
She also suggests in her newest book to do
coffee enemas which she credits Dr. Gersen for his success with this type of enema which stimulates the liver to release stones as well.
How much more can a person prepare?
