Although, I only use Carlson brand cod liver oil, it is my understanding that pcb contamination only occurs in the fish body oils not the liver oils. So if you bought cod liver oil it should be fine but if you bought *fish oil* it may not be safe to take unless properly tested. Twin Lab also does extensive testing of their fish oils for safety.

BTW evening primrose is SO estrogenic as to be able to cause endo problems.
