question about Guggulu and mouth odor

I wanted to buy Guggulu since you had mentioned it in the Acne notes... well my dilemma is that there are loads of Guggulu types out there..first there is just guggulu, then Gokshuradi Guggulu,Kaishore Guggulu, Kanchanara Guggulu, Punarnavadi Guggulu, Triphala Guggulu and Yogaraj Guggulu...phew thats a lot...and im confused...could you tell me which one to buy????

Also, I have noticed that after eating the cleansing salads, my mouth smells of the vegetables. (esp garlic and onion). Is there some natural way of getting rid of this odor other than mouth washes which are loaded with toxins??
