I've tried the following guggulus: yogaraj guggulu, kaishore guggulu, triphala guggulu and saptvinsati guggulu.
Also, chandraprabha vati which is basically also a kind of guggulu.
All of them seem to work well, but my favourite is probably yogaraj. It has a lot of pungent digestive herbs in it, such as long pepper or cinnamon.
Triphala guggulu I find to be too draining. Yogaraj guggulu not very much.
Kaishore guggulu works fine as well but it makes me irritated or anxious since it detoxes the liver.
Saptvinasati I tried only a few times.
Chandraprabha vati has fiur main groups of ingredients: guggulu, shilajit (rock exhudate - a mineral), purified iron and supporting herbs. Because of the iron I am afraid to use high dosages so I take 1-2 before bed. It still works great, making me extremely hungry in the morning, which I assume is
parasites asking for food.
I just took 12 yogaraj guggulu in 3 series today and I feel how it is working on the infestated area on my back.
I often take 2-4 yogaraj guggulu before sleep and the next morning I am extremely hungry and feel good.
I want to try with higher dosages since I have never taken more than 12.
Guggulu is a type of myrrh for anyone's information.
You can find yogaraj guggulu and kaishore guggulu on amazon. Look for promotions where you can buy sets of 5 bottles. Since the delivery takes a very long time, I usually buy like 5 sets of 5. It's very cheap but it's a life saver.
And it's just herbs so I am not afraid to take it. Start slowly with 2 tabs a day, then you can increase the dosage if you are comfortable. Before sleep is a great time to take them.
I wasn't able to get them but kanchanara and punarnavadi guggulu are promising.
PS
Be careful not to try mahayogaraj guggulu or trayodashang guggulu since they contain anabolic sweet herbs such as asparagus root.
PS
I think it's safer to use guggulu vs myrrh supplements since guggulu has undergone a process of purification.
