check in with your body quite frequently today, and get rid of any tension that you find. Concentrate on releasing it.
While sitting in an office chair, feet on the ground, drop your neck forward and pull down gently but firmly by placing both hands on the back of your head.
Do the same, but with one hand, for pulling down to the side, as if your ear is going to touch your shoulder.
Twist your head and try to look back over each shoulder. Do so slowly. As you look over your left shoulder, use your left hand to pull down on the area in between your neck and shoulder. Repeat for other side.
There's a lot of energy being released for your evolutionary growth at this time, and it will cause tension as you assimilate it. Just be extra nice to yourself, don't overdo, and this will pass.
