neck stiffness

i have a very painfull stiff neck today. It started this morning, when i was laying in bed shortly after waking up and turned my head in a way, i shouldn't have done. The pain is on the right backside of my neck and goes down to my right shoulder. I can't move my head back on the right side, as it's very painfull.

Has anybody an idea, what i could do against this condition? Tweet
