Help-where do I begin?

Why is not doing a parasite cleanse first a big mistake? What order should I do the cleanses in? What is the timeframe for each cleanse? What is the most comprehensive way to approach this? I am on a candida program now, but find myself confused about the other cleanses-too many products to remember and choose from- can't there be a simpler way to do this? I want to get rid of all the nasty toxins but I need some help on this.
I have read Yeast Connection and alot of the various forums on curezone, just find myself going in circles not knowing what to start first.
