Only the deep-fried is bad. To enjoy chicken cutlets guilt free, bread them just a tad and cook them in the oven on an olive oil sprayed surface.
Pecans are a really rich nut, yepperz, that's why we likes 'em! :) You may want to alternate your nuts and have a few nut-free days so as to not overwhelm your power of digestion. But so long as you're feeling good and your tongue looks good and you're not exceeding your caloric limit, enjoy!!! :)
