Now about your hair... do you think it's diet related or perhaps a bad hair product with silicone chemicals finally catching up to you? Lots of hair products have silocone, based on the same principle as Armour All, but any car aficiando will tell you never to use Armour All and same goes for hair - after awhile the coating it gives kills the hair or leather or plastic to which it is applied. Pantene is a major culprit. Europe kicked them out of their markets.
