I am HEALTY but Where Shall I Start?

Hi all,

I bought the book Cure of All diseases and was impressed with:
1. the numerous toxins around us and
2. the relatively easy and cheap way to cure diseases.

So I decided to build a zapper. I would appreciate your help re the following.

So now I have a zapper. I am aware I shall do the kidney cleanse and liver cleanse afterwards. But I also read about Black-Walnut Hull tincture, parasite program, Bowel Cleanse etc...

I am not ill, as far as I know. I just want to kill any parasites, cleanse myself and stay health.

Can anyone help me start. What cleanses/programs are necessary and in which order shall I start?
