i did my first enema today...eh it went okay...ill get better at doing it soon though. i did the garlic and Epsom Salt enema. also, are you still suppose to have at least 1 bowel movement a day while doing enema? I want to do enema everyday but i dont know if i can, or maybe every weekend.
