A lot of times parasites and candida go hand in hand because it all begins with the bowels being messed up and giving them a home to live. You can take the candida questionnaire and do the spit test to see if you have candida issues, and in Shelley's FAQ she has a " parasite expulsion protocol" which involves taking tumeric (brainfog, sorry can't remember for sure) and it should expel parasites that you can see in the toilet, then you'll know for sure.

There is SO much info here on curezone about parasites and candida, they each have their own forum. Lots of folks out there with experience. I know Hulda Clark has pages of info on parasites, and there are also lots of pictures of what they look like too. If you go to the forums, at the top of each page there should be a FAQ link at the top of each one, I think its the best and fastest way to read up.
