right now i'm only using the toothpaste and mouthwash since Walgreens didn't carry the nasal spray, which i was hoping they would, oh well. i'm probably going to end up ordering the nasal spray from online and maybe even the tablets that you had mentioned.

i've only been using this stuff for 2 weeks and it might be all in my head but it seems like my teeth look whiter and (this part i love) i have much less buildup between my teeth now. i would get tons of crap out from between my teeth when i flossed before i started using this stuff. i just hope it doesn't stop working after a while like some products do.
