the main idea is to do the 2 weeks first and kill them, then do the once a week maintenance to kill what is left. it takes a while to kill them. i've been on it for something like 2 months? i lost track...and they're still coming out.

the first time i flushed was after the first 2 weeks of parasite cleanse, and i still got sick. it get's better each time tho, depending how infested (sorry to use such a descriptive word) you are.

you gotta start somewhere tho. listen to your body and good luck.
