I was worrid then for a mo!
Its funny...when i was body building i used to use 1 yolk/whole egg and add whites throwing away the yolks!
I kept reading on muscle forums how too many yolks were bad and a cause of high cholesterol, but now i know differently and in fact i would say that i know way much more about the body and nutrition now than i ever knew when i was weight training!
