thank you! those guidlines are great. Just have a few more questions. I did the strict diet for several months and am just finishing a month of rotating antifungals and will start adding probiotics in a few weeks. My tounge is pink again and has been for the last few days. Can I eat:
cantalope
strawberries
feta and or mozzarela cheese
whole organic cream
cashews
organic cheddar cheese
white potatoes
spelt buns
