You would need to see a gastroenterologist if you're concerned about Chrone's disease. You should also have them check your amylase and lipase levels for pancreatitis, as your complaints are all common symptoms of chronic pancreatitis, too.

Quite often people develop pancreatitis after gallbladder removal. I would recommend a consultation with a digestive specialist and full CBC as soon as possible. Good luck.
