intermittent pain, constant diarrhea after gallbladder has been removed

I was just wondering, I had my gallbladder out in 1993 but since then have been plagued with long and drawn out bouts of constipation and or diarrhea, the diarrhea being much more common and prevelant, nausea and vomitting for days, sometimes weeks, also including sometimes severe pain in my lower right abdomen along with fevers, chills and weight loss, and dizziness. The diarrhea comes almost immediately after eating a meal but it doesn't have to be anything specific that I have eaten. Are these from Gallstones or possibly something else entirely and how long do I expect to contuinue on with this problem, is is maintainable and or curable and how do I go about managing the pain? Sometimes it is downright debilitating! Help! Thank you for your time.
