Re: Shelley re: anemia
Hello!
I'd advise getting a complete physical including TSH to see where the numbers are at currently. Just how hyper is your thyroid? Do you know your last lab numbers? ALways keep a copy of the lab reports yourself, they are easy to interpret now that everything is on the Internet. If you are low on iron it would show up on a basic bloodwork.
Is the bladder problem really with the bladder or the kidneys? Have you done any kind of urinary system cleansing such as cranberry juice or Uva Ursi?
Horizontal lines on the fingernails are indicative of severe, chronic malnutrition. have you started
juicing yet? To get over malnutrition, you have to eat/juice 2
pounds of veggies a day; take superfoods like wheat germ oil, bee pollen, super-green supplements, cod liver oil, broths, and eat liver once a week.
Have you got your own enema setup? Much cheaper than colonics, and they allow you to cleanse more frequently and add things to soothe and balance the colon. They really help when healing crisis symptoms come on strong. And when energy is low, you can make gotu kola tea and use that as an enema solution - much gentler than coffee enemas, great for energy.
Just in case your electrolytes are low, see about drinking the Cleansing Drink and a couple packets of EmergenC.
Hope that helps! :)
