castor oil pack

i'm going to order the castor oil pack from that link....but, a friend of mine said she had heard about castor oil packs for cellulite, and said they didn't work at all......what do you think? She doesn't know even a tiny smidgen of what you know, so I'll take your word on the subject any day! Just wanted to ask what you thought about that. Also, does a castor oil pack REALLY help cellulite, or only sometimes???? and, is there anything else i can do, any herbs or whatever to assist the castor oil pack? Hey, what actually causes cellulite anyway?
