The Canadian depot for Great Smokies Labs is in Vancouver and can order different stool analysis tests. You may want to have the leaky gut test as well. Keep in mind that it doesn't always tell the whole story because if you have impacted wast in the colon parasites can hide in under and not be purged out when testing. The stool analysis tells a fair bit about colon health in general but you will need a naturopath to order the test which isn't cheap. The leaky gut test is much cheaper.
