Parasite cleansing program?

Can anyone tell me where in " The Cure For All Diseases " the explanation for the parasite cleansing program is? I want to do this before my next Liver Flush but can't find it in the book. My time is pressed, it's a thick book and I haven't time to sit down and read the whole thing to find it. She keeps referring to it but it isn't actually referenced in the back or the contents. Thanks in advance.
