Re: question of jealousy emotion

i agree- mental health is the most important. i know b/c i have experienced some Depression and panic attacks. i used to have them real bad. now- they are really sooooooo much less in intensity and much less often- hardly ever at all. that reminds me- the other day in NYC i was getting anxious. i could feel my heart rate ncresing and the panicy feeling. i didn't sleep at all the night befpre b/c of the anxiety. anyway- i came back to the hotel feeling anxious and not right. i took an emergenC in 8 oz of water and some chewable calcium. do you know within 25 nimutes all the anxiety was completely gone. it was astonishing.
back to the origonal subject...irritability has geatly caused me to not have peace of mind. those two things have been the basis of me not feeling well and it is as well for me what has driven me to this point- just like you. very interesting. it's just lately i have noticed i can get jealous of really nothing. and i know it's irrational and really not me. but i have prayed for a long time to have peace of mind...just to feel at peace. i can tell you i am getting there one day at a time. :)
