ah hah, I figured there was constipation going on. That's why I recommended Colonix, it's very powerful, very thorough and has safe laxative herbs, altho the tea part has senna which should be limited. So don't get dependent on it! The testimonials on the Web page are very inspiring, and since they've been validated by actual CureZone members who have tried lots of things and say this is a good product, I recommend it above the other commercial fiber cleansers.

Use like one purchase of the product (costs as much as one single colonic but does more) then switch to plain P&B shakes and follow the other suggestions to naturally induce a BM in the Bowel Management notes in the FAQ. :)

that's the fastest road to recovery that I can think of, most bang for the buck too.
