Uncontrollable Farting Problem....Someone Please Help

How is everyone doing? I think this is a great website.
I am hoping someone can help me. I have a serious problem or more like an embarrasing problem that has been happening for years.

I could be sitting in class, eating at a restuarant, be in a crowded movie theater, talking to a group of friends, talking to a family member, or even talking on the phone and a medium to loud fart would come out of my body. It would just come out of nowhere. It is very embarrasing. It is like the fart has a mind of its own. I mean I would feel perfectly fine, relaxed, not nervous, my stomach feels good (no gas build up, no bubbles building up, etc), and then out of the blue a meduim to loud fart comes out. The fart does not smell. There is no warning of when this fart wants to come out.

I have to say this particular type of fart usually comes out when there are people around. Again, it would just come out of nowhere. This is why I say it seems like it has a mind of its own. I am not a nervous person, so I don't know why this is happening. I can't control it.

Also, I am in good shape, I eat well, etc.

I would appreciate any help if possible. I am hoping I posted this topic in the correct forum. If did not post in the correct forum please tell me what forum is appropriate for this topic.
