a few responses ...
Hi Elizabeth:
I can't do the long emails, but I'm happy to respond to a few of your queries:
The flax seed oil and psyllium is for resolving constipation. I've been on a whole foods anti-candida eating program for several months (no refined sugar, very little wheat, recently gave up gluten-containing grains altogether, eat mostly vegetables with a bit of protein sources, brown rice, quinoa, corn-based tortillas and/or chips). I DO have the occasional indulgence (sweet bread or onion rings, or something sinful), but these are very rare. Just starting drinking alcohol again after giving it up for several months. So far the flax seed oil / psyllium mixture has helped, plus the kefir (just started two days ago), really does seem to be helping. It will take a few weeks to know for sure, but I'm pleased with results so far.
I'm guessing kefir has to be animal-based milk (cow or goat) to fermet properly, but I'm going to post that query in the
Bowel Cleanse Forum , because now I'm curious.
Be well -- Deborah
