I'm working on different natural ways to get and keep the bowels moving along. I usually drink 2x day (first thing am and last thing pm) a heaping tsp of ground psyllium husks with half water and half whole leaf aloe vera juice. (I cut out the Bentonite as it was contributing to constipation.)
I'm also wanting to incorporate flax seed oil into my diet.
Is it beneficial (or would it be contraindicated) to just mix in 1 tablespoon of the flax seed oil with the psyllium / water / aloe vera juice at night? (In the morning I can just take the psyllium husk mixture first thing, and then mix in the flax seed oil with brown rice cereal about a half hour later.)
Your thoughts? (Planning a serious Bowel Cleanse from Blessed Herbs over the 4th of July weekend, but need to keep things 'moving' in the meantime ....)
