Best to stop Colosan but keep using the colema board, as that will truly flush things right out of you ASAP. the Colosan will simply try to dissolve it, which may actually make it easier for the toxins to reenter the bloodstream. Just flush. Take a break from Colosan. Resume a day or so after the flush. Especially if you take Epsom Salts or another kind of magnesium, like mag citrate, to relax the bile ducts - Colosan is a kind of mag too, so you may be overdosing on magnesium. Tweet
