colason + colema board use

Hey!

I was wondering if I should be using colason AND my colema board for colon cleansing BEFORE and AFTER flushing?

OR

Should I use one method (ie. colema board) before flushing, and then use the other method (colason) after flushing?

I'm not sure what I should be doing, and wouldn't want to do overkill, and maybe become a bit dependent in the process...Thanks for your advice Tweet
