I feel ya cadilass...

I've been doing a series of colonics and a parasite cleanse for about three weeks now. Needless to say, I've been herxin' bad too! Fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, dizziness- the whole nine yards. I had my fifth colonic yesterday and the mucoid plaque that past was unreal. Now, normally this would be a joyous affair, but today I feel like I have the flu coupled with teeny panic attacks! Hang in there and just keep reminding yourself that you are fighting a battle and that you're not going crazy! Read Shelley's FAQ on the healing crisis.
