Hey Shelley!

If ten minutes is enough to cleanse the lymphatic system, should I also do some other form of aerobic exercise to sweat and oxygenate my body? I guess I should mention that today I feel sore and generally tired form the previous day's rebounding. Man, I'm sooo out of shape!
