rebounding


Hey Shelley!

I've just started rebounding on a mini trampoline in addition to my dry brushing and I am feeling the positive results already! My glands in my neck, which have been swollen for months are starting to shrink (yeah!). I was wondering, how long should I rebound for each day? So far, I've been doing fifteen minutes, but it's not really enough to break a sweat for detoxing.
