I swim a minimum 2 times a week. I have learned a couple tricks. First in the morning I do a sesame oil massage. Then when I swim, the oil keeps a good amount of the chlorine out. I try to give the oil at least an hour to really absorb into my skin so I dont leave oil in the pool for others. Then after I swim I get in the sauna for 15 minutes as well to sweat what I can back out.
