Fatty livers, and fat deposits, aren't just caused by alcohol. In fact, pasteurized milk can be a huge culprit. Most of the fat in a fatty liver is caused by diet, eating habits, improper food combinations, chocolate... stuff like that, coupled with a sedentary lifestyle. It rather depends on your level of activity and racial heritage and blood type how much leeway you have with the standard american diet. Some of us have smaller thresholds for all that junk.
Plus, having the larger parasites can cause fat deposits because of how they store food, basically.
