Hi Simon! :)

You've got some great advice already, so I'll just add to it:

Please consider taking a calcium supplement of some kind! you wouldn't even believe how much calcium deficiency contributes to depression. Dehydration too - most people who are depressed are actually dehydrated, so please drink 6 rehydrating or cleansing drinks over the next 12 waking hours! :)

Then, Please go and take a 30 minute walk somewhere beautiful. Maybe beautiful to you would be a park or a museum or Trafalgar square, just GO. :) You need some endorphins. :)

And please see about getting some good, easily absorbable protein. The protein shake would be ideal.

After all that, if you still feel down, please consider trying the St. John's Wort. It takes a couple weeks for it to take affect, mixing it with Gingko Biloba and Gotu Kola would help speed up the process a lot.
