hello everyone, I amabout to buy 2 books on amazon.com. One has to be a a "raw foodist manual" with plenty of explanations, values of food, dietary needs, body types, food combinations charts, and such. And maybe yes, some good recipes, too,if possible, but not mandatory. What's important is that it explains nice and clear how to find proper balance while on a raw food diet. So far I was interested in dr cousens famous books but dont know which to choose ( rainbow-live-green etc. or conscious eating?), but other sugestions are appreciated.
The other book should be on raw baby and children nutrition.
I have found a book that is called "baby greens", does anybody have info to share about it?
