Okay, when you've got a muscle cramping situation, just Sea Salt isn't enough. You need calcium and magnesium and preferably all the things that aid their absorption like Vitamin D. And these are the things that you will not easily absorb when you have leaky gut and wonky hormones, so making them bio-available is very important. If you're drinking the cleansing drink you should be getting enough potassium, which is also involved with cramping, but check your diet to be sure. EmergenC is one of the easist ways to get all of the above.

Zinc is also important, didn't you have liquid zinc at one point? It would be good for you to take the zinc test, which is to hold liquid zinc on/under your tongue and time how long it takes to taste it (metallic). If it takes longer than 5-10 seconds, you need zinc.

next time you see the doc, get your thyroid tested again just to see. A wonky thyroid tends to give one muscle spasms in really weird ways.

Also, slow down or discontinue on the microbes for about 3 days, just to give your colonies a break. Let them equalize, they may be compounding things.
