Confused, Need help regarding Cleanse Results

Hi,
I'm really confused.
I've done the Liver/GB cleanse 3 times now. The first and second times I only got out about 4 or 5 pea size stones each time. I did the third cleanse this weekend and got NOTHING out...
Whats going on ? Why do hardly any stones or no stones at all come out? Is it worth it to keep trying when nearly nothing comes out 3 times in a row? Or do I need to do the "power-cleanse" I read about in some posts several weeks ago where you drink more Epsom Salts and oil?
I'm sure my liver must be very congested because I have debilitating CFIDS.
Thanks for your help and guidance and caring. I don't know where else to turn.
