Hi Elizabeth
How much time did you give between flushes? Some people have more success when they leave more than two weeks in between.
Please don't be discouraged, though. It isn't uncommon, from what I've read, for people to start out slowly, in terms of results. If your liver is that congested, then it might take additional time for things to get moving. I'm not a medical professional - that's just my layperson thoughts about it.
You asked if it's worth it to keep trying if you aren't seeing results? I think it is. The fact that you are getting SOMETHING is a good sign. There are also things you can add to your diet that will help with the production and flow of bile. Radishes, for example, are good for that purpose.
Anyway, please don't get discouraged. You're doing something that is VERY good for your health and I hope you continue. If you would like some additional support, I would highly recommend the email group that is sponsored by this site by sending a blank email to gallstones-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. There's a good group of people there with varied experiences with this flushing. You might find it helpful and encouraging.
wishing you good health,
rachel~
