I had two of those things after my fourth cleanse as well as some cellophane like stuff. Nobody seems to know what they are but I don't want them inside me anyway, so I have just started a parasate and bowel cleanse.

I know you are supposed to do that first but as I was facing imminent surgery for my Gallstones I just went ahead with the liver cleanses.

It was difficult for me to admit to myself that I had parasites. I knew intellectually that I probably had some but seeing them was really scarey. Still, at least I shall be getting rid of them soon.
