getting tested for parasites-how to make them show up in specimen?

my stool will be tested for parasites, and at the same time my stool is being tested for fat malabsorption so I will be eating a high fat diet for three days before the test. Now if I wanted to make sure that parasites show up (so that they can be identified) what would be the best way to do this? And will the high fat diet interfere with this?

I feel jumping and kicking in my stomach or intestines at night and actually got the nerve up to tell my doctor-even though I probably get "labeled" in my charts now. Oh well..
