Re: killing bacteria is killing us.....
I agree totally.
I had a couple viruses eleven years ago and took a bunch of
Antibiotics because I didn't know any better. I was sick for a week each time I think.
I don't use antibacterial soap, except at work, because that's all there is. I only use vegetable oil soaps, and eat berries off the ground most of the year. I have been learning about wild foods for the last couple of years, and I never wash anything that I eat in the parks here in town, and I have not been sick in ten years.
I haven't been to the doctor since then, except to check my cholesterol, and it was 156, considering I've eaten meat and dairy all my life, that is good proof to me that
Liver Cleanses work. And my dad has high cholesterol, but he is taking a half-dose now, because he eats super healthy now. :-)
My friend is on medications for allergies, depression, and carries around constantly a small bottle of anti-bacterial lotion. He is in a very bad spot in health and will probably not get any better, he's also at least 70
pounds overweight, doesn't exercise, and drives everywhere. He gets sick all of the time. He had his galbladder taken out a few years ago, and all of this makes me very sad. I tell him about all the cleases I do, and he just says where's the proof, I tell him I haven't been sick in ten years, I can eat anything I want, as much as I want, and not feel like crap ever.
So there is my two cents about killing every germ in sight is a very bad idea!!
