I hope you guys don't mind: I'm not all raw but I'm using this forum as a crutch to give me support as I transition my diet slowly but surely to more healthful ways of eating. Plus I found lots of links like how to make raw chocolate cake. :-) yesterday evening I kind of screwed up bad, but it's about a week after my Master-Cleanse and I figured today would be a good day for me to start my new-to-be ritual of a weekly 36-hour fast. I got this idea from someone and it seems like a good way to keep the detox going while also keeping me in line with eating as I transition. So, just water for me today. Tonight I can make my first raw fruit pie w/nut crust to have in the morning. (I'll probably break with Watermelon and have pie a little later.)
