Sounds unlikely that it's reflux. And as per your previous comment, I don't think that burning throat is at all a classic candida symptom- I think if affects the weakest parts of your body which for many is not necessarily the throat.
My saliva test was done by my naturopath but you can ring up places and order them yourself. If you live in the UK, the IWDL labs based in Surrey send them out. It doesn't sound like you do necessarily have candida at all then.. you should check out some of the other symptoms on the forum that people have- anything and everything but they all point towards a severely low immune function so that we become susceptible to all sorts of infections. Sinusitus is basically an infection in your sinuses- they become inflamed and you can't breathe and alot of mucous ends up down your throat (put simply). If you do have mucous then this will be what is burning and that could just be an allergy. Allergies can also course problems in your stomach. I strongly recommend going to a doc/naturopath and asking for an allergy test as that well could be the source of your problems too.
