You must be aware that not having a gallbladder can create digestive problems down the line - gallbladder is necessary to accumulate bile and when you eat a high fat food your brain signals the gallbladder to contract to release high amounts of bile to emulsify the fat - not having one means you won't be able to concentrate a lot of bile so you must be careful on food combining and not eat too many fatty foods at once. Also not having a gallbladder means that the bile being formed from the liver leaks into the gut and this can upset the pH of the region and allow dysbiosis to take place (candida, bacterial etc). If the foods are not correctly digested (partly due to irregular levels of bile being released, the undigested food may feed the dysbiosis and create digestive problems that may exarcebate beyond the gut. Most diseases do indeed start in the gut.
