cocnut oil is great, make sure its the unrefined/unbleached stuff, as for fruit the best way is none but lemons and limes. friut free for a while then test a peice of fruit by its self away from other food and see if you react, may take a day. i no i have been doing this diet thing for a year and havnt touched fruit bar from a few fresh berries over summer, which was my only cheat. man i would gladly never have chooclate or lollies , etc again if i could have friut, i so love it specailly rasberries and blueberries. oh man i now have such a huge craving.
