I am wondering whether coconut milk and coconuts themselves are permitted on the candida diet, as well as coconut oil?
I am also curious about what people think of fruit.
different approaches to the diet seem to have different ideas about fruit, some saying no fruit at all, others saying one serving a day of certain fruits is ok, others saying only eat it if you really crave it, every once in awhile.
the fruits I usually find listed as ok are: apples, pears, and all berries. Though I have also seen mango, papaya, and pineapple given the ok.
Not too long ago I read that raspberries have actually been found to have candida-killing properties.
