Be aware that if you have recurrent candida infections, antifungals will only temporarly put out the fire - if the terrain is dirty (antifungals kill candida and waste lays around basically), then it will only invite more of them and other types of organisms, including mutated forms of candida (the few that survive the antifungal will develop resistance overtime). On top of that, candida is supposed to be hanging around the gut and other areas, it will always be there, and if the terrain is clean it will be kept in check specially by our gut flora; if the terrain is dirty with no good flora, then they will grow out of control - there are plenty of people here at curezone with great advice on how to clean up.
If you wish to be agressive, than you can do numerous types of fasts/ restricted diets along with a thorough cleanup.
