You're right , everyone is different. But if candida is what have, then it causes malabsorbtion. This is well documented. And if that is the case as is documented then it is pretty hard to correct by trying to neutralize acids.


Funny thing is that people claim that to get healthy you must get at the root of the problem. Many feel it is nutrient deficiency that causes candida or contributes to it. While this may be true , trying to correct the imbalance while candida is working against you was impossible in my case. I tried it for months and wasted lots of time. All it was doing was slapping a band aid on the symptoms I had but NOT correcting the problem. Apparently I needed something physical and mechanical in nature to work for me. Once candida is lessened in numbers, the body will absorb more, much more nutrients.

It is like I said before , once someone is having a heart attack, that is not the time to give that person flaxseed oil and garlic to unclog arteries. It is now time for bypass, or medications or a hospital. Only after the immediate threat is dealt with can that person then undertake lifestyle changes successfully. However if you were to give the person only garlic , flaxseed and some vitamins at this point they would die.

Well, I was in the heart attack phase where something more drastic , more strategic needed to be done. I went for months pumping my body full of grass drinks, vitamins, minerals, eating huge salads all day long, drinking tons of water etc. I even tested alkaline, yet I still felt ill, at times very ill. So I started to loose faith until I started to understand that I was most likely testing alkaline because the minerals are passing right thru me. And I was not even absorbing half of it or any of it for that matter.

If you could see what I have seen coming out of me, I do not know how I even lived like that. My intestines , every square inch of them must have been covered with candida. And meanwhile all the minerals I was taking was making the candida even stronger but I was not benefiting at all.

Now that I am clearing it out, miraculously I feel clear headed and my symptoms are doing great.


While this may all be about acids and minerals, which I do believe has a huge part in it. You cannot fix the cause of the fire until you put out the fire.
